Fairway Ranch is located at the southwest intersection of Byron Nelson Parkway and Litsey Road in Roanoke, Texas, in Denton County. Three main highways intersect Roanoke - S.H. 114, S.H. 377 and S.H. 170 - and I-35W is just three miles west of the city. The neighborhood is located adjacent to the Alliance Business Park, and is 23 miles north of downtown Fort Worth, 30 miles west of Dallas, only 5 miles from Alliance Airport, and 15 miles from DFW International Airport.
